These terms and conditions govern your use of the NeedATyre website and mobile tyre fitting services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Description

NeedATyre provides a mobile tyre supply, fitting, repair and breakdown service for commercial vehicles. Our fitters attend your specified location to carry out tyre work on trucks, trailers, vans and other commercial vehicles. We operate across England, Scotland and Wales.

2. Ordering and Pricing

All prices shown on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotes provided through our online system are valid at the time of issue and may be subject to change if the job requirements differ from those described when the quote was generated. The final price will be confirmed before any work begins. Callout charges apply and are shown separately in your quote. Out-of-hours and emergency callouts may carry higher rates.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking and is taken securely online via our payment provider. We accept major debit and credit cards. For account customers with agreed credit terms, payment is due within the period specified in your account agreement. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before a fitter has been dispatched by contacting us. Once a fitter has been dispatched to your location, a callout charge will apply regardless of whether the work is carried out. If you cancel after the fitter has arrived but before work begins, the callout charge is payable. No refund will be given for completed work.

5. Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to attend your location within the timeframe indicated. However, response times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as traffic, weather, fitter availability and parts sourcing may affect arrival times. We will keep you informed of any delays.

6. Warranties

New tyres are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty. Our fitting workmanship is guaranteed for the legal life of the tyre. Tyre repairs are carried out in accordance with BS AU 159 and are warranted for the remaining life of the tyre, provided the tyre is used within its rated specifications. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, under-inflation, impact damage or normal wear and tear.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, vehicle downtime, or penalties arising from delayed deliveries. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Your Responsibilities

You must ensure that the location where work is to be carried out is safe and accessible for our fitter and service vehicle. You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and tyre requirements when placing an order. If the vehicle or location is not as described and additional work or a return visit is required, additional charges may apply.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us by email at info@needatyre.com or by phone. We will investigate your complaint and aim to respond within 5 working days. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
